Paperless Electronic Communication

By selecting paperless electronic communication, you consent to receive electronic communication and documents from Xercor Insurance Services via email in relation to your submitted claim. Electronic communication and documents includes, but is not limited to, certificate language, claim information and notices, claim status updates and requests, coverages, and claim determination notices. Documents being sent via electronic method are available in paper copy upon request.  You have the right to withdraw consent to receive electronic communications and documents at any point in time throughout the claims process by emailing Xercor Insurance Services directly at claims@xercor.com from the email address on file or by contacting Xercor at 1-844-769-2904. It is your responsibility to maintain the proper electronic mailing address on file and any returned email will be seen as revoking consent.

For resident in Georgia:

By selecting paperless electronic communication, you agree to receive all mailings and communications electronically. Such electronic mailing or communication may even include cancellation or nonrenewal notices. Additionally, electronic communication and documents may also include, but is not limited to, certificate language, claim information and notices, claim status updates and requests, coverages, and claim determination notices. All documents being sent via electronic method are available in paper copy upon request.  You have the right to withdraw consent to receive electronic communications and documents at any point in time throughout the claims process by emailing Xercor Insurance Services directly at claims@xercor.com from the email address on file or by contacting Xercor at 1-844-769-2904. For resident in Tennessee:

By selecting paperless electronic communication, you agree to receive all mailings and communications electronically. The certificate holder electing to allow for notices and communication to be sent to the electronic mail address provided by the certificate holder should be aware that Xercor rightfully considers this election to be consent by the certificate holder that all notices may be sent electronically, including notices of nonrenewal and notice of cancellation. Therefore, the certificate holder should be diligent in updating the electronic mail address provided to Xercor in the event that the address should change. Additionally, electronic communication and documents may also include, but is not limited to, certificate language, claim information and notices, claim status updates and requests, coverages, and claim determination notices.
