If you have suffered a loss, please call the claims department of Xercor Insurance Services LLC at 1-844-769-2904 or complete the claim form below.  The licensed adjuster will take your statement and immediately begin the claims process.

In order to expedite your case, please make sure you follow these steps:

  • Notify the self storage facility manager as soon as you discover the loss. Although the manager cannot assist with your claim, he/she must be informed of your loss.

  • If your loss is due to burglary, please contact the police and immediately file a police report. A police report is a requirement for a burglary claim.

  • Take clear, color photographs of your damaged belongings.

  • Do not discard damaged belongings until you are instructed to do so by an authorized Xercor Insurance Services LLC representative.

  • You must provide Xercor Insurance Services LLC with all pertinent records needed to prove the loss. If requested, you must submit a sworn statement of loss within 60 days of the request.
